Abdominoplasty

About

An abdominoplasty, or "tummy tuck," removes excess fat and skin from the abdomen. At the same time, the rectus diastasis (the "six-pack") is tightened for a slimmer profile. Abdominoplasty may be paired with liposuction for improved contour.

Benefits

Abdominoplasty is ideal for patients who have problems with excess skin or fat in the abdomen due to pregnancy, weight fluctuations, hormone shifts, or age. It can restore strength to the abdominal wall through repair of the six-pack muscles.
