Labiaplasty

About

Labiaplasty is a common procedure designed to improve the aesthetic appearance of the vaginal area. It removes tissue redundancy in the labia, and can also address the clitoral hood. Labiaplasty can target areas of asymmetry as well as improve discomfort experienced during intercourse or physical activity.

Benefits

Ideal candidates for labiaplasty have skin redundancy in the labia that may be present from birth, or has developed over time due to age and fat atrophy.  It can also be used to decrease hooding over the clitoris, which can potentially improve intimacy and sensation.
